we are a member of RSM International, a worldwide alliance of independent accounting and consulting companies. We are thus in a position to offer our clients with international links services worldwide. The foreign subsidiaries of our clients can thus be provided with services in connection with auditing, tax consultancy and other consulting, if necessary, by our partners. Furthermore, we can support our clients with the foundation of foreign subsidiaries, the organization of foreign structures in accordance with the applicable corporate law, assessment of profitability of operational units, setting and documenting of internal prices and comparable tasks.
 In our national network, which is represented by approx. 1,000 employees at 26 locations, we actively cooperate in a number of service groups, in some cases with management responsibility, in which consultants bring together their specialist knowledge in specific sectors and areas of activity. Thus, complex problems can be jointly solved by recognized experts for the respective client.
An ever greater importance for our clients is also being attached to the area of consulting in connection with value added tax/turnover tax, especially in the case of cross-border deliveries of goods and services or also with respect to the refunding of a foreign turnover tax (EU); we have the relevant software ready.
We also regard our connections to professional organizations like chambers of accountants / tax consultant and the institute of accountants, chamber of industry and commerce, industrial associations, links with banks etc., as an essential part of our network.
