The personal contact to the client, the use of synergy effects by partners with differing experience and a distinctive focus on performance and personal commitment – that is what characterizes our work.
We thus see ourselves as part of a tradition whose foundations were already laid when the company was founded by the two auditors, Ludwig Jäger and Karl Seelen, over 70 years ago. Correspondingly, we cultivate long-standing cooperations with many clients, based on personal trust.
With a range of services which extends from auditing via tax consultancy and legal counseling right through to management consultancy, we provide our clients with advice on all levels, which can be relevant for the daily business and the strategic orientation of a company. The latter is necessary, in particular, in an age in which the further development of markets, products and technologies is so rapid. As a medium-sized auditing and tax consulting company, we are an active part of national and international networks. Thus, we keep our eyes on the local and regional conditions and can simultaneously support our clients faced with challenges on other levels. The personal and professional competence of the consultant is decisive for the success of consulting.
Since we value the close cooperation between client and consultant, as a rule, our clients have a regular contact person, supported by an experienced team of staff.
Should different parts of our range of services be involved, we form teams of consultants with varying main fields. As a result, we ensure individual and comprehensive consulting of the highest quality.
The client thus experiences a high degree of continuity in consulting and benefits from the concentrated know-how of our entire team. And this is extensive.
Our company has a staff of around 80 persons including the partners, of whom there are
- 10 auditors / tax consultants
- 2 auditors / tax consultants / lawyers
- 3 lawyers
- 12 tax consultants
A large number of the other specialist staff have university degrees.
In order to cultivate and further develop our know-how, we attach the greatest importance to systematic staff development - starting with the provision of an extensive collection of specialist literature, via the conduct of further education measures right through to support with professional exams.
